Job Description The Senior Account Executive manages the day- to-day relationship between MXM Accenture Interactive, the client and partner agencies in an ongoing client relationship marketing program. This position collaborates with the Account Director to ensure client(s) marketing objectives and service needs are being met. The Sr. Account Executive contributes to increasing existing business, enhancing profit performance and maintaining income streams. YOUR ROLE: Senior Account Executive While there will never be a typical day at MXM Accenture Interactive, we’ve highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities.
Coordinate resources to address client needs, including but not limited to interactive, consumer marketing, consumer insights, legal, production and third parties. Ensure on-time external and internal deliverables are being met. Create client communications relating to purpose, rationale, needs and due dates. Attend client presentations, research meetings and category events relevant to program success. Establish and maintain a direct relationship with the client and partner agencies. Perform project management of all aspects of the client program. Facilitate communications, open projects, maintain project schedules, update status reports, participate in status meetings and issues call reports. Work closely with Account leadership to review and provide input on materials before being sent to client to ensure client’s marketing objectives are being met. Accept and distribute client changes to internal team. Hold meetings with creative, production, traffic, data analysts, developers, QA, editors, designers, project editors, freelancers and third parties. Assist management with strategy development. Support day-to-day budget management and reports.
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
2+ years of marketing experience Bachelor’s degree SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills
4+ years of experience with Digital Marketing Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
