What will you do?
As a Procurement Senior Specialist (Team Leader) you will partner with managers to execute processes, deliver exceptional service and to organize work of the Buy Center team. The team is responsible for providing procurement services which consist on reviewing Purchase Orders from the compliance point of view, and for providing customer support to EMEA offices of a globally present client. Mostly, you will:
Actively support and coordinate end to end processes within the scope.
Ensure proper execution of operational tasks within the Team: coordinate and monitor task completion within SLA time and with high quality, improve E2E metrics for the supported countries; maintain long-term relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Tower Lead and other stakeholders with ad-hoc tasks.
Initiate and support process and tool improvement projects.
Monitor the onboarding and knowledge transfer process for New Joiners.
People Agenda including Recruiting, People Development and HR-related administration.
Represent the team as the Operational Excellence point of contact.
What we expect form you:
3+ years’ experience in purchasing/procurement environment or customer service related experience
2+ years’ experience in supervising a team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Very good English
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
Proactiveness in looking for improvements and solutions
Proficiency with productivity tools, including MS Office
