The Digital Marketing Senior Manager, specializing in Marketing operations, will work with Accenture clients to understand their content needs. This professional will work as a Content Expert within our Digital portfolio utilizing Accenture Interactive's platform and tools.

The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will assist with the following:

  • Manage and optimise internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity

  • Initiating projects including scope, budget and schedule

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Senior Manager you'll

  • Collaborate with Accenture account teams to establish relationships with the key client stakeholders who are responsible for digital initiatives and also play the role of a trusted advisor

  • Develop global digital and multi-channel marketing strategy for Accenture clients including leading the team performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy

  • Develop requirements to ensure that digital marketing vision and recommendation translate to (and leverage) Accenture Interactive assets, products and services.

  • Lead client assessment portion of strategy engagements, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level

  • Provide strategy development and solution development to support new business activities and existing client relationships

  • Provide ongoing strategic and operational guidance to support new business activities and existing client relationships

  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture with our clients across our digital services, including digital strategy, content management, campaign management, multi-channel analytics, user experience, and e-commerce

  • Planning projects including resources, gathering requirements and reporting

  • Project execution including scope change, briefing and progress tracking

  • Supporting & mentoring junior team members

  • Be an internal source of expertise across Marketing

Basic Qualifications:

  • Understand broader CMO agenda and how digital fits within the overall marketing scope

  • Experience with defining high level enterprise digital architectures and applying digital marketing and development best practices to support strategy recommendations

  • Experience working with Digital Marketing tools for example: Google Analytics, AdWords, Exact Target email, and other relevant DM tools
