Accenture Node.js Developer Internship in Utrecht, Netherlands

Could you imagine implementing new technical solutions? We are looking for a Node.js developer (for a minimum period of 4 months) for building “mindblowing” technical solutions. You’ll have a lot of freedom and will be able to explore, use and grow your skills.

Your job

Liquid Studio Netherlands is a department within Accenture focusing on innovation delivery and R&D in the areas of Blockchain, IA, IoT, and DevOps. We have a strong engineering culture where bringing awesome ideas to live and enjoying yourself while doing so are the main aspects of our strategy. If you want to have the freedom to come up with great ideas and try them out Liquid Studio Netherlands is the place to be.

You will implement the front-end domain of the system including test cases and integrate this with the back-end. For user’s requests you will provide best development practices for creating a fast-responsive portal. With team members you will constructively communicate to build a product suite that delights customers. Added to this you will contribute to decisions about system architecture and the selection of technical tools. Lastly you will troubleshoot issues as they arise and resolve technical challenges. Understanding business concerns and contributing to brainstorm sessions with pragmatic options will incorporate this

You are

  • Bachelor or Master student in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related studies

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Flexible attitude, ability to adapt to quickly changing circumstances and work priorities in a timely manner

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skill

  • A solid foundation in software programming

  • Experience in development and algorithm experience (i.e. Java, Node.js, SQL, DBs) and basic Git skills
