Sellers of management contracts manage and outsource to customers, including contracted gains and losses, growth plan, and ensuring that contracted services comply with service level agreements (SLAs). They are also responsible for large programs or complex "multi-tower" delivery areas of a contract. Management of Contracts:

· Support negotiation and contract formation activities

· Establish processes to effect compliance and management proactively working with the client, the Accenture team and Legal.(e.g. change order processes)

· Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions

· Manage and resolve contract issues

· Research contractual terms and conditions, applicable laws and or other regulations as needed

· Manage the contract day-to-day by advising on the strategic direction, contract interpretation and consequences of action / inaction

· Proactively resolve issues and disputes, minimize potential for litigation and foster protection of Accenture's reputation· Act as a liason between the client, project team and/or business unit and Legal ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed

·Develop and maintain relationship with vendors and client's contract management or procurement function

· Manages and maintains senior relationships within the operating groups

· Works closely with the legal team lead, ensures seamless contract formation and contract execution support is delivered to the organization

· Actively markets and promotes the contract management function within the business unit or geography· Promotes Contract Management and the expansion of the function into currently uncovered clients/fulfilling new business

·Responsible for consultation and escalation to a senior director, of contractual, business or CM positioning issues which are not solved satisfactorily by the project team in a timely manner

·Responsible for implementation of Contract Management processes

Management of Project Team:

  • Manages daily workload of assigned Contract Management personnel and project or business personnel assisting with the contract management function

  • Responsible for assigned Contract Management, project or business personnel adhering to company policies and procedures

  • Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract

  • Responding to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions

  • Identification of risks and issues, and suggesting alternatives that lead to the best solution

  • Review and management of contractual obligations of the parties and provision of continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met

  • Preparation and dissemination of information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.

  • Management of daily workload of assigned Service Center personnel and project or business personnel assisting with the Service Center function

  • Acts as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and C & CM, assisting in ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly

Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance

Requirements

• Training in Law, Engineering or Business Administration;

• Experience with contracts / Legal / Finance;

• Knowledge with Contract Management tools - Ex: Schedule, Responsibilities Matrix, Flow Chart, Meeting Minutes, Check List, Management Report, Follow-up, Charts, Financial Mathematics, Action Plan, Non- compliant), Progress Report;

• Have experience with Projects or PMO;

•Advanced Excel;

•Advanced English;

• Spanish (desirable);

• Ability to handle time pressure and workload;

• Good understanding of the financial practices of Projects;

• Good understanding of Project management practices;

• Negotiation capacity;

• Deductive reasoning;

•Logical thinking;
