Portfolio & Delivery Management professionals plan, deliver and execute one or more projects and programs for Accenture or its clients, ensuring appropriate resources are mobilized and programs/projects/portfolios meet operational, contractual and economic commitments.
The Global Operations Lead is responsible for handling Outsourcing accounts with an emphasis on one or more of the following Finance Accounting, Health Management, Procurement, Human Resources, Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain and Claims Processing. They would bring extensive experience in account growth, profit loss and exceptional client relationship management experience. The Account Lead is responsible for bringing the latest innovation and offerings to our clients for building a trusted client advisor relationship across the account. The Lead is positioned to understand and anticipate client needs and expectations, bringing extensive experience in delivery, process improvement and transformation.
Provides solutions to complex business problems for areas ofresponsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge oforganizational objectives
Sets strategic direction to establish near term goals forarea of responsibility Interacts with senior management levels at a client andor within the organization, which involves negotiating or influencing onsignificant matters
Has latitude in decision making and determining objectivesand approaches to critical assignments Makes decisions that have a lastingimpact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area ofresponsibility
Manages large teams and or work efforts if in an individualcontributor role at a client Serves as positive advocate for the outsourcingpartnership and program
Works with key client stakeholders for driving operationaldecisions. Focuses on driving value for the client
Possesses strong Operational Discipline, performancemanagement, reporting rigor, excellent communication, client facilitationskills, and stakeholder management skills
Minimum 5 years of account management or Service Delivery experience
Minimum 5 years of operations and or consulting experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in one of more of thefollowing functional areas Finance Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement,Digital Marketing or Supply Chain
Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in a services business
Skills MBA Proven ability to build, manage and foster a teamoriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in aproblem solving environment
Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonalskills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Experience in a continually changing, fast paced environment
