The Transformation Management Manager is responsible for leading complex (cross service group) transformation programs across opportunity stages: sales, solutioning, delivery, and recovery (for efforts that are off track). Applies frameworks and practices to evaluate the transformation program’s readiness to launch, develops action plans to address readiness gaps, leads program mobilization efforts, and provides advisory services as part of program governance throughout the life of the program.

Has experience in the following disciplines / areas: business case and value driver definition, transformation program key performance indicator (KPI) definition and measurement, product workflow management and identification of critical path / bottleneck areas, complex program mobilization, program roadmap and portfolio risk management, program oversight and governance, client relationship (power map) management, and program financial management.

Has experience leading programs spanning business and technology teams in the Communications, Media, and Technology industry. Experience leading multi-vendor programs.

Minimum 4 years of experience leading transformation programs define and establish program structure and governance frameworks, business case management, KPI measurement, benchmarking, lead executive steering committee, client relationship management, financial management

Minimum 4 years of experience mobilizing and or leading complex transformation delivery client partner alignment, development of project plans, effort estimation, scope change management, issue risk management, executive level escalations, vendor management, global delivery team management, program and executive status reporting Minimum

Minimum 2 years of experience leading Agile delivery backlog creation grooming prioritization, sprint delivery lead, DevOps, test automation, Agile metrics, Rally, ScrumMaster or Agile coach** Preferred Certifications:

Certified SAFe Agilist
