The Infrastructure Deployments Project Coordinator within Accenture will be responsible for:
Drive material and supply chain readiness for Data Centers Technical Infrastructure deployments
Work with cross functional stakeholders, such as Engineering, Deployment teams, External suppliers, Purchasing and Commodity management to collect and maintain material supply data
Lead cross functional meetings with deployments sites globally, across timelines to Program Manage deployments to meet schedules
Resolve issues working with cross functional stakeholders from supply chain, deployment teams and quality teams,
Work with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements
Front-end with operations and management teams as required to meet project targets, deadlines and milestones
Work with multiple Business stakeholders to align priorities and highlight risks
Provide periodic reporting of KPIs and metrics to business stakeholders
Work with team to conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve escalations
Liaison with Program team to drive continuous improvement in processes and tools
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Operations / Manufacturing / Planning role
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Project Management leading projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and / or complexity
Management Consulting experience
Experience working with Primavera
Quick learner, ability to understand complex business processes and systems quickly
Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills, Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets / Excel and data visualization
Attention to detail and ability to quickly find anomalies
Self-driven, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced unstructured environment, tough deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Exposure to working in Hi Tech Industry and Technical Infrastructure: Racks, Servers, Switches, Mechanical Components
Demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical solutions
