The Applications Solutions Analyst Tier 1 supports the customer base across the supported applications. The ASA Tier 1 is responsible for working in the most efficient manner to provide timely solutions to the customers. The ASA Tier 1 also acts as the communication point externally for customers as well as takes escalations from customers on customer support issues. This function ensures that clients are successful and contributes to overall customer satisfaction. The ASA will possess the requisite skillset to troubleshoot support issues. Additionally the ASA will work with the internal departments of Accenture Mortgage Cadence to ensure that issues escalated outside of ASA Team are resolved and communicated back to the customer.
3 or more year years providing analytical and or customer support for software applications
3 or more years working directly for a lending institution in a business or lending software products
Minimum of 1 year of experience with internet and network technologies.
Enterprise Lending Center software experience or experience working with or supporting another mortgage origination software platform
Basic diagnostic skills
Mortgage Induustry knowledge including Retail, Wholesale, Correspondent and Direct to Consumer industry processes.
BA or BS Computer Sciences, Business Management or related field or equivalent experience.
Basic to intermediate skills in SQL.
