SERVICE MANAGEMENT TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT Milan
The candidate will participate to major transformation programs that impacts on our clients’ Organization, Processes and Service Management Technologies.
Activities include the following:
IT Operating Model definition
IT Service Management Processes design, re-engineering and optimization
Service Management Solutions implementation
Change management, support to client in the early stages of Service Management solutions adoption.
3+ years consulting experience in Service Management
Experience in projects with a focus on IT process review and design
Experience in projects related to the implementation of market-leading Service Management Solutions (ServiceNow)
Ability to work independently and to lead small teams during all the project phases
Proficient English (both written and spoken)
Availability to travel
Certifications in ITIL and COBIT are a plus.
