Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team to meet the project's KPI and SLA targets by driving and monitoring the team's performance.

  • To conduct periodic performance achievement discussions with team members as well as developing implementation of succession and development plans.

  • To prepare and present Weekly Quality Analysis review.

  • To identify value added solutions to address failures and improve performance.

  • To assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Quick learner with proven ability to grow and lead a team in shared services environment.

  • Possess people management skills & ability to manage people issues.

  • Able to work on shifting schedule including work hours at night and split rest days (24x7 operations).

  • Advanced knowledge in performing RCAs & has an analytical frame of mind.

  • Proficient and can articulate Operational Excellence in daily operations.
