Description

  • We are looking for CX transformation consultants with a passion to deliver exceptional customer experience solutions with prior experience on Oracle applications for positions at the Consultant and Manager Level. You must meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of an Oracle CX product, including the following phases: requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, trainings and deployment activities.

  • Functional consulting experience in one of the following areas:

  • Service (Oracle Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Engagement Cloud, Oracle Policy Automation)

  • Sales (Oracle Sales Cloud, CPQ, Commerce Cloud)

  • Marketing (Oracle Marketing Cloud, Social Cloud)

  • Exposure in one of the following areas is desirable: Business Intelligence, analytics and/or PaaS, IaaS components.

  • Highly motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders from board level to junior management.

  • Experience of working in at least one of the industry sectors listed:

  • Health & Public Sector

  • Retail or Consumer Goods

  • Manufacturing or Industrial Products

  • Chemicals, Energy, Oil & Gas

  • Communications, Media and High-Tech

  • Work stream/ team leading experience is desirable

  • Team player - proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Engage with senior stakeholders in client organizations to shape decision making.

  • Hands-on delivery or involvement in large, major IT change programmes

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • You must be willing to be London based, but be fully mobile, i.e. prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Drive iterative prototyping design sessions using Accenture’s Cloud Methodology

  • Manage design and build and test activities on and offshore through the iterative process

  • Support the client in key architectural or business process related change activities driven by the move to Cloud

  • Support new business opportunities through provision of your expertise in the sales cycle
