AEE Sales and Operations teams works very closely with Accenture Sales organization and supports all Growth Platforms and Operating Groups. The team is responsible for all kind of sales operations and finance support required for an efficient sales operation. The team provides sales and pipeline data support, works as a PMO to the sales leads and drives sales operations initiatives including sales reviews, business review prep, reporting, analysis, cleansing, finance support, BD monitor and review.

JOB SUMMARY

People Mobility is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of People Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. Working as part of the People Mobility Processing team the role demands that he or she will be required to collect complete documentation from assignees and handle any People Mobility queries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the data and provide facts, analysis, trends.;

• Identify data mismatches, review the analysis with client and other stake holders;

• Improvise / automate the current reporting process;

• Coordination with internal teams to confirm the data the reports are correct;

• Adhere to the QC process and make sure the SLAs are met;

• Cross training other team members and update the latest developments;

• Working relationship with Client, Suppliers and team members;

• Very good at MS Office. Advanced Excel including VBA in Excel, Access etc.;

• Experience in Data Analysis and MIS;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A University degree.
