Job Requirements : A :Responsibilities : 1 Oracle HRMS Techno - Functional Analyst, which requires strong knowledge of standard and custom business process and programs 2 Preparing the current and proposed process documents and case study for the Oracle HRMS standard and custom process 3 Having knowledge on HRMS Functional setup/configurations in Oracle Applications 4 Interact with client and Business for new Requirement and documentation 5 MD50/BR100 Documentations 6 Oracle HRMS functional System Analysis 7 Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences 8 Will be working on Oracle Modules - Core HR, Self-Service, Absence Management and OTL 2: Professional Experience a Minimum 3 to 4 Years of Experience in Oracle HRMS as Technical and Functional Consultant b Should have worked at least 1 implementation project c Must have worked as Functional atleast in 3 Core HR, SSHR, OAM, OTL d Good Communication Skills
