Sales and distribution professionals to design/develop strategies to improve route to market effectiveness through process diagnostic, sales process re-engineering, sales talent management, incentive management, operations optimization and digital enablement of existing RTM.

• Work on designing and implementing plans on sales strategy and sales operations, channel strategy and design, channel partner management, territory management, sales force effectiveness, sales processes, sales compensation & reward and sales operations optimization

• Work on diagnostics to understand gaps in the current state and help improve client processes

• Work as an integral part of the client’s RTM organization towards assessing and digitizing client’s RTM practices – with a structured, logical and data oriented approach.

A minimum of 1 – 4 years of FMCG/Retail/Auto industry and/or consulting experience in route to market

• Consulting or functional experience in

• Sales Strategy and Business Planning

• Product and market entry/launch strategy

• Channel management (Direct / Indirect)

• Trade Spend management

Preference will be given to candidates working as Sales managers in one of the above listed industries.

• Bachelor’s degree • MBA from a Tier 1 B School
