Accenture Human Capital Analytics Manager in Beijing, China

ROLE DESCRIPTION: HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYTICS SENIOR MANAGER As a Senior Manager in our practice you will help shape and deliver Human Capital analytics specific programs, including definition of the analytics vision & strategies, redefine the operating model & talent strategy, and manage the change journey to deliver sustainable business value. You will act as the architect for our most complex digital business and talent transformation opportunities, enabling an end-to-end analytics journey by bringing the best of our Accenture Applied Intelligence organization. You will also play a key role on the leadership team – supporting development of the practice, assets, and thought leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Project Delivery

Act as the Human Capital analytics (HCA) project lead on Digital Business & Talent Transformation Programs, including project set up (governance, workplan, resources, etc) and management (budget, schedule, quality, risks & issues, people, etc) In collaboration with the client define the HCA strategy that drives optimum business value, employee motivation and productivity Be the architect and subject matter expert in designing, building and deploying leading client specific HCA solutions Work effectively across client Business, IT and HR to deliver and operate a strategic HCA capability Manage client relationships (Business & IT) and be an integral part of the program leadership team 2. Sales Origination & Business Development

Contribute to the development of “request for proposals” responses and contract development Lead the development of businesses cases for further project sales as determined by the practice 3. Practice & Offering Management

Input into HCA assets to accelerate sales and delivery Support the analytics innovation agenda, including publishable thought leadership Play an active role in building a practice including capability development and recruiting Identify and help bring into the practice talented individuals both internally from Accenture as well as externally

REQUIRED SKILLS: At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in Analytics, specifically in talent and human capital analytics, with specific exposure to some of the following areas:

Management consulting and strategic business development skills Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and team of people to a business outcome Deep understanding of and experience in HCA; for example in employee motivation, productivity, compensation & benefits, recruitment, talent development, change management, performance management, HR operations, skills and capabilities, attrition management, and inclusion & diversity Ability to design and build complex human capital analytical models and translate into meaningful insights that drive business value Experience in setting up HCA capability (tools, people and processes) and transition to business as usual Understanding of leading analytics tools and specific HCA software packages Commercial deal shaping and HCA proposition development Client Delivery & Relationship Management

Ability to interact with and influence Manager/ Director/VP Ability to interpret the results of analytical insights and translate results to the client in business context to drive value Able to explain complex concepts in non-technical language Strong story-telling ability
