Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture's workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture's business and technology strategies.
Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision to a team of executive assistants and office operations staff.
Responsible for people management processes to include: career counseling, performance management, training development and when/where applicable, may handle disciplinary action.
Interact with company executives to ensure that the appropriate level of executive support is being received and address any concerns.
Responsible for assigning executive support within metro area and managing any necessary changes.
Develop and deliver ongoing training program for executive assistants to include but not limited to: best-practices, technology, team building, etc
Plan and manage daily office operations and delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines and review performance against business objectives.
Accountable for the oversight and implementation of reception services, facility management, life safety policies and procedures. Also responsible for space management, floor operations support, space utilization management, billing/invoicing and additional location services.
Manage relationships with internal leadership, stakeholders, customers and teams.
Develop and manage contract relationships with external service providers (negotiate and manage contracts, review performance against strategy and budget). Act as a point of contact for vendors and landlords.
Participate in the strategic review of business operations and ensure execution of Workplace Solutions strategy, policies and goals with a focus on long-term business planning and forecasted Workplace Solutions requirements.
Design and implement programs/processes to deliver performance improvements to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy. Participate in sharing best practices across teams/locations. Evaluate systems and policies; initiate change when necessary.
Use judgment to anticipate customer service needs, resolve non-routine issues and take action accordingly.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met.
Participate in Accenture programs and lead key location efforts including the support of our certification requirements and Senior Leadership meetings. Support corporate citizenship and community service events as appropriate. This role will be located at the Accenture Atlanta Corporate Office: 3525 Piedmont Rd NE, Bldg 8, Suite 700 Atlanta, GA 30305. (Note: due to construction, individual will need the flexibility to work from multiple locations in Atlanta for the next 1.5 yrs: 100 Peachtree St Atlanta, GA 30303 and 75 Fifth St NW Atlanta, GA 30308).
High School Diploma Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Previous experience leading teams and providing feedback/supervision Experience executing multiple priorities simultaneously Experience interacting with high level executives (or equivalent) Appropriate technical skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and demonstration of ability to learn new platforms/technologies) Experience maintaining vendor relationships Knowledge of executive support and a base knowledge of office operations and service delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passionate about customer service Experience with performance management and training/developing talent (or show aptitude) Previous experience providing executive support and/or operations/facilities experience 7+ years of customer service experience 5+ years of management experience Experience reviewing and procuring vendor contracts Knowledge of SharePoint Experience managing a virtual team Professional Skills:
