As a Manager in Customer & Channels, you’ll often be leading customer experience-led business transformation workstreams for a client’s entire enterprise-touching multiple functions. Programs and projects include front office consulting projects and services relating to Customer Experience Optimization, Digital Marketing, Personalization Contextualized Interactions, Services and Offers to individual customers at scale, Commerce Digital Content and Campaign. You will be on the ground engaging with clients to design the future operating model and or technology roadmap for their marketing and sales functions engaging with the agenda of the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Information Officer or Chief Digital Officer.
Your Experience: For consideration, your experience would include consulting work involving: Design Thinking as an approach to solving client problems, business case development as a case for change, evaluating technologies in the commerce and marketing space across multiple stages of the project delivery lifecycle, developing growth agendas and a passion for digital and technology trends e.g. Internet of Things, Mobility, Cloud, Analytics.
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 7 years of consulting experience Minimum 5 years of marketing, sales and service transformation, analytics, content management, and employee engagement experience Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred* Strong track record of bringing creative solution sets to clients which brings a new, innovative approach Experience leading a team of consultants and delivering results which met and exceeded client expectations An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner Experience leading teams which gather high-level business requirements and create detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-case The ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation, including evidence of solution design Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends An awareness of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry A desire to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe Self-motivating, adaptable, able to prioritize and able to inspire and motivate others Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
